KEY TO SUCCESSFULNESS

The key to becoming, or maintaing success is to get into the habit of constantly adapting yourself to the changing environment – our world – around us. There are a couple of easy habits which you can start doing or improve;

1. WAKE UP EARLY

Wake Up

When you wake up early you have more hours in your day, it is also proven that people are able to function more efficiently in the morning. One of the reasons being that there are less people awake at that time, which means less distractions.

2. READ

READ

Reading increases your knowledge and creativity, which is a double bonus. Try to read as much as you can even if it is just one newspaper article or half an hour of a book that you just picked up from the bookshelf. Reading helps keep your brain focused, and allows you to relax while getting information into your head. DON’T READ WITH YOUR PHONE NEXT TO YOU, YOU WILL GET DISTRACTED!!

3. EXERCISE

EXERCISE

Now I’m not suggesting become an athlete, or gym junky. Not at all, but exercise is good for your brain and it helps clear your mind. It is a great stress reliever. A walk outside in a park or down your road is always one of the best options as you are getting fresh air.

4. PUSH YOUR COMFORT ZONE

TAKE THE LEAP OF FAITH
“Do something that scares you!” – Baz Luhrmann

Don’t you love the sense of pride once you have accomplished something that once scared you? Don’t you love the thrill after a roller coaster ride once you have completed the ride, and go down on your knees begging the operators if you can go again? Well I know I sure do. Do something out of your comfort zone – obviously be responsible – just to give yourself that thrill and feeling of accomplishment. It doesn’t have to be something big like going shark cage diving or paragliding,it could be something as simple as talking to some really attractive guy who you think is out of your league, or to start something new – like debating or drama – where you are exposed to your audience.

5. Ask Questions

ASK

Successful people always want to know more, and want to figure out how things work. Remember most of the time people want to ask the same questions as you, but they are too afraid. Even if you think it is a simple question or that people will think you are dumb for asking it, you are benefitting yourself when you ask it because the answer will hopefully give you a better understanding of what you wanted to know, and you won’t need to ask again because you will now know what you wouldn’t have known, if you DIDN’T ASK.
